While we believed the electrolytes available locally didn’t meet our standards, we needed to know if others felt the same way. Could it just be us?

To find out, we reached out. We talked with family, friends, and even strangers. We distributed questionnaires and gathered valuable insights.

What we discovered was twofold: we weren’t alone in seeking better options, but many people also didn’t fully understand what electrolytes were or how they could benefit their lives. This drove us to make a change.

What makes good electrolytes?

Once we realized there was a genuine demand for better electrolytes, we saw an opportunity to create our own personal formulation.

We dove deep into research, connecting with manufacturers across the globe. We tested countless variations, exploring different mineral combinations, sodium levels, and flavors.

After extensive testing, we identified the key minerals essential for our needs: sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium. This blend delivered the ideal taste and supported both physical and mental performance—exactly what we were seeking and potentially others.

Who can build it for us?

From a long list of potential manufacturers, only a few produced electrolytes that met our high standards for taste, nutrition, and business needs.

It wasn’t easy, but we ultimately chose the manufacturer we believed was the best fit. They provided us with flavorful electrolytes that aligned with all our requirements.

We understood that this would be a lasting relationship, requiring trust and collaboration. Sometimes, you just have to take a leap of faith.

Why were we searching for electrolytes?

Petrit, a committed Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, was always on the hunt for ways to boost his strength and performance on the mat.

At the same time, Hoye, a driven professional managing multiple office roles, sought ways to stay sharp, focused, and mentally clear during long workdays.

Despite us having different paths, we both encountered the same struggle—fatigue. They traced it back to dehydration and the need for better electrolytes.

United by a shared goal, we developed Waterfuze designed to deliver performance, power, focus, and clarity—not just for ourselves, but also for athletes and professionals striving to reach their full potential.

Ready, set, go

Are we really doing this?

Now we had our personalized electrolyte formula that we both liked.

Together with our talented designer, we fleshed out our brand and had designed our packaging for our first electrolytes.

Our chosen manufacturer knew the game plan and all documents were ready.

We were all ready. All we had to do was push the go button.

And we did. 🚀

First Batch

Stock is ready, what now?

After a few weeks, we finally received our first batch of lemon and lime flavored Waterfuze Electrolytes.

We immediately opened them and tasted the powder, and yes, they tasted good.

We were ready to improve the hydration of many athletes and performers in their fields, and it was time to get the word out.

Since then, we have continued to grow.

We have improved the hydration of many athletes. We have sold over >600 Waterfuze Lemon and Lime electrolytes.

We are present at various workshops and gyms and are looking for new ways to expand.
